What is common between the 2.0 and 2.6 I4s and the 3.0 V6? I am a Chrysler guy so I don't speak the Mitsubishi engine codes. Can you just simply swap a 2.0 and 2.6? Same mounts? Same bell housing?

What about to a 3.0...my big issue there is does the 4 banger transmission bolt to the V6 block? I know they made a v6 D-50 in the 90's...but If I find a I4 older one I might try to swap a 3.0 from a Minivan or fwd car into it.
